How did I get there? I discovered my talents, the gaps in my skillset, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the perception of me as a leader. After that process, I invested in me and worked with some of the best coaches and mentors to grow into greater levels of leadership. Did it work? Yes, it did! From entry level, to increasing levels of role responsibility and leadership to becoming my own boss today, I’ve transformed and grown over and over in my 20+ year career.
